- Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Additional time may be required for custom orders. All Alexandra Amaro jewelry is packaged in a cotton-filled gift box and tied with a ribbon, ready for gift giving. A tag describing the materials used in each design is also included.
- Shipping Options
- We offer a variety of domestic and international shipping options to meet your needs. Insurance is included on all packages. If you are interested in a different shipping method, please contact us to enquire about availability.
- International Shipments
- Alexandra Amaro is not responsible for any customs delays or for duty charged on international shipments. Ensure you are informed about your destination country's jewelry import policies prior to placing an order. Furthermore, the reliability of mail delivery varies from country to country; please select the shipping method you know to work best for your destination. Alexandra Amaro cannot be responsible for packages that do not arrive due to theft or loss in the destination country. However, we are dedicated to our customers' satisfaction and will work with you to find the best solution possible should such an event occur.

- Our mission is to create fabulous global fusion jewelry that makes the wearer feel beautiful and unique. If you are not satisfied with your jewelry for any reason, you may return it within 15 days in the original condition in which it was received for a full refund (less shipping costs).
