- How long will it take for my order to ship?
- Please allow up to five business days for your order to be processed. Some of our jewelry is made-to-order, so production time is required on certain pieces. Custom orders may take more time to fill; an estimated turnaround time will be provided with your quote and design proposal.
- Do you offer international shipping?
- Yes, Alexandra Amaro offers international shipping via US Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx. You can choose from an economical USPS flat-rate envelope (this option does not permit tracking of your package), standard USPS International Priority Mail, or FedEx economy. For certain destinations, FedEx ground is also available.
- How much customs duty will I have to pay?
- Duty and taxes on jewelry shipped internationally varies from country to country. Be sure you know the policies for your shipping destination prior to placing your order. Please note that Alexandra Amaro cannot be responsible for any duty you might have to pay, or for any delays of your shipment due to customs inspection.
- How can I buy the jewelry I saw on the Alexandra Amaro Facebook page?
- Think of the jewelry photos on Facebook as a portfolio - they include pieces that are currently available, as well as some designs from the past and some custom/one-of-a-kind pieces. If you see a photo on Facebook that you like but can't find the piece on our website, please contact us to inquire about a custom order.

- Our website is the main place to find Alexandra Amaro jewelry. You can also find Alexandra Amaro jewelry at select galleries in the San Francisco Bay Area, including the Refined by Fire Gallery in Point Richmond. We also participate in the California College of the Arts craft fairs, which happen in April and December each year.
